011 Honduras Single Origin - Light/Medium Roast

A sweet light roast using Honduran Single-origin beans from the base of the Montecillos Mountain Range. Roasted only to first crack to provide a well-balanced sweet citrus fragrance, good acidity with sweet orange flavor, molasses, and a creamy body and finish.
